Shipping Policy

Order tracking to your doorstep is available once the order is dispatched.

Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 working days across India, depending on your location.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

FREE shipping may be applicable on selected orders and promotional campaigns.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of skincare products, returns and replacements are only accepted under specific conditions.

Eligible Return / Replacement Conditions

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Expired product was delivered
  • Damaged or tampered product was received
  • Product(s) are missing from the order

Return Request Timeline

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Return Process

Step 1

Raise your request with order details along with clear images/videos.

Step 2

Our team will review the request within 2 working days.

Step 3

Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

Step 4

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may self-ship the product through a reliable courier service. Courier charges may be reimbursed after verification.

Step 5

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.

Return / Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If

  • Product has been opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Request is raised beyond the eligible timeline
  • Damage is reported after 2 days of delivery

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are marked as “Ready to Ship.”

To cancel an order:

Refuse delivery when contacted by the courier partner

OR

Contact our support team during working hours.

Dermacan reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or verification-related concerns.

Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Customers will be required to share valid bank account details for refund processing.

Please note:

Refunds for returned products are initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

The complete return and refund process may take up to 2 weeks after pickup.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To ensure smooth resolution of damaged, missing, or wrong-product claims, customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for resolution.

Unboxing Guidelines

  • Ensure the package and shipping label are clearly visible
  • Record the video in one continuous frame without cuts
  • Show all sides of the package before opening
  • Clearly display damaged or incorrect items, if any

If the package appears tampered before delivery:

  • Take a photo of the package
  • Refuse the delivery
  • Share the image and order details with us immediately
